As rents continue their upward climb across San Diego County and the rental vacancy rate remains very low, financial experts say for a lot of purchasers, it makes more sense to buy instead of rent.
“Homebuyers in the 30 to 40 percent tax bracket are actually paying less than renting when the tax savings for purchasing at Level 15 are factored in,” said Nancy Anderson, senior mortgage consultant at EverBank. “In addition to saving money, buyers are building equity when they purchase a home at Level 15, as opposed to spending large portions of their income on rent with zero return.”
Nestled in the coastal hills of North County between San Marcos and Escondido, Zephyr’s new townhome community, Level 15, has released and is now selling all remaining residences, with fewer than 10 homes remaining.
Available in three spacious floor plans, the contemporary-styled homes range from 1,690 to 1,918 square feet, include three to four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and attached two-and three-car garages. Each home features modern finishes, large kitchen islands with granite countertops, and private patios and balconies. Pricing starts at $432,990.
For a limited time, a $10,000 incentive is being offered on the few remaining Plan 2 residences, which feature a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a tri-level layout.
A $5,000 incentive that applies to closing costs is also available to purchasers who work with Level 15’s preferred lender.
To start investing in your future now, visit the Level 15 sales center to view the model homes and talk with a sales representative about specifics on incentives, availability and pricing.
The sales center- open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday- is located at 1310 Montiel Road, Escondido. For more information, visit level15townhomes.com or call (858) 342-3560.
