Zephyr Announces the Release of South Cove Phase 3

Three Unique and Customizable Floorplans Now Available in Dana Point’s One and Only Premier Barefoot Living Community

SAN DIEGO (June 11, 2018) Zephyr, creators of South Cove, Orange County’s premier barefoot living destination and Dana Point’s newest coastal home community, today announced the public release of Phase 3, which will bring thirteen new homes to market. Select homes in Phase 3 were privately released to a waitlist of pre-approved buyers and sold immediately, further cementing the fact that South Cove offers the most in-demand product in the South Orange County and beyond.

With delivery slated for December 2018, Phase 3 homebuyers will have the opportunity to hand select their finishes in order to achieve truly bespoke, seaside sophistication. Releasing in Phase 3 are three unique floor plan types: Aliso” flats, Trestles” townhomes and “Strands” twin homes. Select Aliso flats feature first level flex space, while others feature a 3-bedroom floor plan, with all living spaces on one level. The Strands homes, which border the west of the community, feature ocean views, rooftop decks, and stunning California rooms—the epitome of true indoor / outdoor coastal living. Most homes are upgraded and can include first level beach rinses, dumbwaiters, and La Cantina bi-fold doors.

The two and three-bedroom floor plans available in Phase 3 range from 1,404 to 2,126 square feet, with prices ranging from $932,990 to $1,374,990. Opened in December 2017, South Cove has experienced incredible sales success, with Phases 1 and 2 currently 83% sold out.
