Brad Termini co-founded Zephyr Partners six years ago with a commitment to building quality residential projects throughout San Diego County. He has overseen $700 million in development and has been instrumental in driving the innovative thinking that maximizes the company’s relationships with both homeowners and investors. Mr. Termini has a keen focus on making opportunistic investments in choice locations that have resulted in more than 20 successful projects in areas such as Carlsbad, La Jolla, La Mesa and Oceanside.
Mr. Termini started his career in western New York where he was immersed in the day-to-day activities of his family’s real estate development and management company. His first real-estate related job, as a young boy, was working as a construction laborer. Since then he has gained 20 years of hands-on experience in every aspect of the industry with an emphasis in construction and property management, sales and marketing.
After relocating to California in 2003, Mr. Termini landed a job with The Corky McMillin Company, at the time a leading privately owned real estate development firm specializing in both residential master planned communities and commercial properties. He was a key member of the McMillin team that masterminded and implemented the redevelopment plan for the much anticipated Liberty Station, the former Naval Training Center which is now a major San Diego hub and mixed-use development.
As a founding partner of Zephyr, he is closely involved in the acquisition of properties, finance and oversight of the entire Zephyr team.
