Residents can also enjoy luxurious on-site amenities that include a pool,fire pits, cabanas and a fitness center.

Each of the 35 floor plans,featuring California Coastal architecture,vary from building to building, with eight different styles. The spacious,single-story condominiums range from 1,787 to 2,702 square feet with two bedrooms,two bedrooms with a den,orthree bedrooms.
