Whether it’s a modern beach house in laid-back Leucadia or a sleek downtown high-rise with seriously desirable amenities, Zephyr Partners is reimagining luxury living for the affluent next gen.
Helmed by CEO and co-founder Brand Termini, the young-gun development company has already broken ground on The Park, a 14-story urban midrise in Bankers Hill (1,500 square feet from $1.4 million). That’s on top of a spate of high-end spec homes that embrace indoor-outdoor living, like a beachfront property on a prime acre in Del Mar.
And Zephyr just announced news about The Block, its biggest coup yet. After tapping S.D.-based architect, Joe Wong a design icon in China to oversee the $250 million project, which will feature a pair of mixed-use towers, Zephyr just sold the high-profile downtown property to Vancouver-based Bosa Development.
It will appeal to a wide range, says Termini. It’s for millennials. It’s for baby boomers. When it came to planning Zephyr’s latest luxury developments, Termini and his team went on a tour of North America. We wanted to make something that was uniquely San Diego, he says. We didn’t want to recreate something you’d find in Miami or San Francisco, but to take all those outstanding influences and incorporate them into the San Diego lifestyle.
